Toda Matéria Plus
Overview
Toda Matéria, one of the largest education platforms in Brazil, expanded its reach by launching a subscription service, Toda Matéria+. The service offers exclusive features and an ad-free experience, designed to support students pursuing higher education.
Problems and Goals
The current layout was not optimized for a PaaS model. So our Goals were:
01. Effectively communicate the new service to users
02. Create a easy to use checkout flow and subscription management system
My Role and Process
I worked closely with Product and stakeholders to design essential aspects of the subscription service, focusing on integrating new user flows like checkout, subscription management, and a dedicated plan comparison page to showcase the benefits of the paid vs free plans.
While another designer developed a landing page for a specific feature, we maintained alignment with daily syncs. I benchmarked various PaaS platforms to identify best practices, designed and validated prototypes and collaborated with marketing and editorial teams to refine copywriting, ensuring a cohesive user experience across all touchpoints.

Outcomes
The new layout launched in October 2024, and so far the results are:
1600 Subscribers in 30 days
40k New registered users
