Overview
The Toda Matéria - Professor of the Year Award aims to bring visibility and recognition to elementary and high school teachers across Brazil. Now in its third edition, the award seeks to celebrate the dedication and impact of educators nationwide.
Problems and Goals
We received some feedback from candidates asking about the prize details and information that were not that clear. Our main goals were:
01. Increase the number of quality applications.
02. Create more effective CTAs to boost engagement.
03. Better copywriting
My Role and Process
As part of a two-person design team, I worked closely with the Marketing team to address these goals. I analyzed user behavior through Clarity from the previous edition to optimize the layout. From there, I redesigned key sections, enhancing both visual hierarchy and call-to-action placements.
Outcomes
The award started in 2022, and so far the results are:
