Overview
7Graus is a leading media group in Portugal, reaching over 200 million monthly visits across the globe. For more than 20 years, the company has been creating digital products that deliver exceptional content.​​​​​​​
Problems and Goals
In the previous layout, there was no way of presenting standard and special ways to advertise with 7Graus,  and the website does not visually represent the size and maturity of the company. Therefore the main objectives are:
01. Make the website more appealing to potential partners
02. Effectively communicate advertising capabilities
03. Increase contacts from prospective clients
My Role and Process
As part of a two-person design team, I collaborated with product, marketing, tech, and stakeholders to design and validate prototypes that showcased the value and history of 7Graus. 
To inform my decisions, I conducted visual research and benchmarked competitors to understand market positioning better. This helped identify ways to differentiate 7Graus, convey its strong ties to technology, and communicate advertising options to potential partners. I maintained close alignment with stakeholders throughout the process, ensuring accountability and timely feedback.
Outcomes
The new layout launched in March 2024, and so far the results are:
10% Raise in campaign and partnership conversion from new contacts
